The hotel has a central location that's super convenient for exploring the city. The staff were generally helpful, but the check-in process was frustratingly slow. The rooms were small and came with some noise issues, and I was startled to discover unexpected fees upon check-in. While it offers decent amenities, the overall experience left me wishing for more, especially considering the price I paid.
My stay had a lot of ups and downs. The hotel is perfectly situated, just a stone's throw from Times Square, making it easy to explore the city. Unfortunately, the room I was given was somewhat of a letdown; not only was it small and basic, but it had a smell of humidity upon arrival and wasn't particularly clean with some concerning stains. Dining was another downside as the options available were limited and didn't meet expectations. For the location alone, I might consider returning, but I would think twice about the overall experience.
